Crail. Rocks that appear in another image in this section, but this time reflecting very different colours in the sky. The sun had set a good 30 minutes previously, and the red afterglow had faded, leaving the sky as a huge steely-blue reflected dome. Long exposure was essential here. This is a prime example of how digital imaging has altered my image making. With film I would have already packed up and gone home, but digital encourages experimentation in extreme lighting conditions.
